Pull up the Keyless cap with one hand.

Stop at the top end and don’t release the hand.
With the other hand insert the annular cutter into the Keyless along with an ejector pin.
With the other hand insert the annular cutter into the Keyless along with an ejector pin.
Once the annular cutter is completely inside just soft release the hand from the Keyless cap.
